Today, the Year 4s and the Year 5s each had a session of sport to kick-start their day.
The Year 4s walked down to BCA for a tag-tails competition, where they did really well. The Year 5s had two badminton coaches who came into school to give us a taster session. We learnt that a shuttle-cock can travel up to 300 mph! It was good fun, and a certainly a sport that some children were less familiar with. The Year 4s returned at 11:15, red-cheeked and very impressed with their efforts. Well done everyone for taking part, including Willis, who due to his wrist injury, was my professional photographer!
